We found our way back to Polperro after wandering around Cornwall all day!
We stopped at a sweet little restaurant and I was adventurous - don't remember what this is - it was okay but certainly not comfort food like Boricua and the others ordered!
Cornish words!
Cold water! Boricua was NOT interested haha.
Back to London
This little railway in Dartmoor, the Haytor Granite Tramway, was built to transport granite. Apparently gravity carried the granite downhill and empty carts were carried back up by teams of horses. We stopped here to see butterflies (we saw a sign on the highway) but ended up checking out the railway!
The little sign there said that London Bridge was built of Haytor Granite as were parts of the British museum. :)
The human railway nearby.
They were having an old car show that day!
Bristol
We didn't do much in Bristol except observe it through the car window on the way home. It seemed like a really cool city!
We were so grateful to have one last hurrah with our good friends before we moved back stateside. <3
