Hey family, here’s what we’ve been up to today_ Church, ward choir, and while Boricua was at a meeting with the missionaries, I made pizza. With no measuring cups (reminding myself of the “glugs” of olive oil in Aunt S's recipes). I’m trying to break the mold I’ve gotten myself into of just making empanadas and baked potatoes ha. Then Boricua surprised me with a walk at the beach, in the top photo you can see the storm clouds, it rained today like clockwork in the afternoon!
